Nicolette Paige Griffin

Nicolette Paige Griffin, 19, of The Colony was born in San Angelo, Texas, September 17, 1993, the daughter of Art and Lisa Dunevant Griffin. She passed from this life on Thursday, July 11th in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Nicolette grew up in The Colony and graduated from High School in 2011 later graduating from Ogle Academy. Considered by her friends as "the life of the party" she was known for her outgoing personality, her genuine friendliness and cheerfulness. She admired tattoo art and was a lover of music and enjoyed many other interests as well.

She is survived by her father, Art Griffin and her step-mother Tera Griffin of the home in The Colony; by her mother, Lisa Griffin and her fiancée, John Cushman of Dallas; by her brother, Jevin Griffin of the home and a step-brother, Cody Fowler also of the home. In addition, Nicolette is survived by her paternal grandmother, Somsri Griffin of Carrollton; her maternal grandmother,Linda Heath of Little Elm and her maternal grandfather, Bob Dunevant of Reidsville, North Carolina and by a host of other friends and relatives.
