Richard "Brandtlee" Kuykendall

Brandtlee was a member of the Wrestling Team and played football for Hebron High School. He was also blessed with the ability to draw anything from cartoon figures to architecture designs. He could construct a high-rise on paper from the time he was in elementary school. Brandtlee had a great love for music. He also had a great sense of humor and a love for helping others.

He was working with Pastor Lance Withrow at Temple Christian Academy in Flower Mound, Texas. He worked in the gymnasium to have it cleaned and set up for the school. He enjoyed doing things that were meaningful. We thank you Lance for giving him that opportunity.

I would also like to say a special thanks to Edwin Rivas, David Laster, Hannah Evans, Destiny Duran, Marylou Williams…so many friends that made his life complete.

Brandtlee is survived by his Mother, Shawn Graham; Father, Richard Kuykendall; Brothers, Brandon Graham, Brenden Kuykendall, Deric Kuykendall and his wife Nicole; Grandparents, Kenneth and Beverly Graham, John and Glenda Larson, and Mary Kuykendall; Uncle, Clint and his wife Becca; Aunts, Kerri Wuerz, and Shelley Alvarez. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Farmers Branch Church of Christ, 3035 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Friday, October 15, 2010 at 9:00 AM in the main sanctuary. Funeral service to follow immediately at 10:00 AM. Private family interment will follow.
