Rosalind was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 19, 1949, to Juanita Williams and Willie Young. Rosalind was married to Raymond Parker in 1979; they were married 46 years.
Rosalind worked as an Administrator for the government. She enjoyed cooking, table games and going on cruises.
Rosalind is preceded in death by her mother Juanita Williams, her father Willie Young, brother Willie Young Jr. and a multitude of Aunts and Uncles.
Rosalind is survived by her husband Ronald Parker, son, Jamal King, stepdaughter, Charlotte Parker and granddaughter Brooklyn King, and other family and friends.
She was seen as and nicknamed "Alpha Mama" and will be missed by all who knew her.
