Susan Corn

Susan was born to Alice Mack and Given Arnold Landis in Midland Park, New Jersey on September 11, 1947. She graduated from Pennsbury High School, then Hood College and Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics and Nutrition. Subsequently she married Gary Richard Corn. While living in Hawaii as a Marine family, their only child, whom they adored, David Sean Corn was born.

Susan enjoyed cooking, gardening, attending church, working at Coppell newspapers, and working as a Realtor with REMAX - a job she held for almost 30 years. Susan was always a blessing to her fellow agents at RE/MAX DFW Associates; she met them with a smile and encouraging words, despite her personal challenges with health and family caregiving.

Susan showed tenacity, resilience, and courage in her lifelong battle with diabetes. She helped care for her mother Alice Landis and sister Connie Landis in their later years. Susan lived her faith in loving others, was a devoted Christian, and truly loved God. She is survived by her loving son David in Houston and two surviving siblings: sister Mary Anne Landis (CA) and brother Ned Landis (DE).
