OBITUARY

Sylivia Ann Lynn Kalchbrenner

December 4, 1943May 1, 2018

Ann Lynn Kalchbrenner, born December 4, 1943, departed this earth and joined her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 1, 2018. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, Mimi, cousin and friend to many.

A natural-born caregiver, Ann devoted her life to helping others. Whether it was during her nearly fifty year nursing career or as a Eucharistic minister to the sick, Ann was always willing to lend a hand to whomever may be in need.

Her unwavering love for the Lord was evident to all who knew her and shined in all that she did. She was a devout Christian Catholic and was active in several ministries at St. Catherine of Siena in Carrollton including the Prayer Shawl Ministry and Eucharistic Adoration.

She was an avid animal lover and rescue mom, a green thumbed gardener and loved nature itself. Ann loved spending time with her family and friends over a good meal, preferably Mexican food. She loved to laugh and always had a smile on her face.

Ann is survived by her husband John Kalchbrenner, daughter and her husband son-in-law Heather and Michael Edwards, sister Kay Villasana, grandson LCpl Jonah Edwards, granddaughters Adisyn and Bella Edwards and numerous other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother Mary Corcoran Lynn, her brother Robert Lynn and her son Ryan Navarro.

The family will hold a Chaplet at 7:00 on Thursday, May 3, 2018 and a Funeral Mass at 11:00 on Friday, May 4, 2018. Both services will be held at: St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church 1705 E. Peter's Colony Rd. Carrollton, Texas 75007
