Tom passed away at his home Sept. 9, 2014. Tom was born on May 18, 1932 and was raised in Moultrie, Georgia. Tom is survived by his wife, Ann, of 58 years, children Angela, Susan, Tom and Betsy, 8 grandchildren, his sister Peggy and brother Jimmy. He is preceded in death by his parents Carl and Ouida Maxwell and sisters Carolyn and Rhonda. His memorial will be held on Saturday Sept. 13th at 4:00 pm at Rhoton Funeral Home in Carrollton, Texas.
