Virginia Marguerite Ellis

Ginger was born in Greenville, Texas on August 1, 1946, to John O. and Charlotte Thompson. She graduated from Bryan Adams High School in Dallas, Texas.

Ginger enjoyed crafting. She was also actively involved in supporting animal charities such as the World Wildlife Fund and the ASPCA.

Ginger is preceded in death by her parents, John O. And Charlotte (Seidel) Thompson, a brother, Charles “Chuck” A. Thompson, and sisters Carolyn G. Speigel and Marilyn L. Ohde.

Ginger is survived by her brother Martin “Marty” A. Thompson, sister Sharon Jo Lightfoot, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.

Ginger will be cremated and her ashes scattered at a later time.
