Frank was born on Christmas Day 1959 in Carson City to Eva Jim and Franklin James. As we all know Frank lived his entire life in Carson City. He was proceeded in death by his mother Eva Jim and his father Franklin James, and his sister Arlene James. He is survived by his sister Jacqueline (Kent) Steele, brother Kevin Reed, brother Kyle Jason Curtis, sister Alida Rios, and sister Marie Thompson and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held Friday December 4, 2015 at the Stewart Community Baptist Church, 5340 Snyder Ave, Carson City, NV 89701 at 11:00 am with the burial to follow at the Stewart Cemetery and dinner to follow at the Stewart Community building at 465 Clear Creek Ave. at 1:00 pm.
