i do not know him or ever did but he is serenity silva dad. she has never met him but misses him a whole lot. hope he watches over her and rest easy. 🤍

My thoughts and prayers to all. The loss of a son and brother and friend to others is devastating to us all. Jacob will be another Angel watching over his loved ones. We never know when our time will be . I love you and if you ever need someone to talk to I will always be there for you. 

Bayba, my Sweetest Love, my Monkey, my Baboo...🥺I hope you know I would’ve ridden until the end of earth with you. But New Year’s Day before the sun went down I came home with lunch to find, you had decided to leave without me, and set out to take life’s final ride alone...
These last  2 years  we shared as one, had many ups and downs. But I need you to know, and I did tell you so, I know you know it’s true...in our last precious week together, you made me oh so very proud of you. 
We laughed and loved and dreamt and spoke of things to come...and in the times that have meant the most you’d say, “babes, just trust me...I’ve got this one”. So in this week I saw your eyes and handsome smile and felt your warm embrace, and although I want to scream and cry and curse the skies...I do trust you the most. 
Tomorrow will come and years will past but my love for you is strong. One day will come and I’ll set out on that last journey of my own...and you’ll be there  in peace and love, reaching out to welcome me home.

I haven’t seen Jake in Many years.  However,I remember Jake taking our quad for a ride. It was the rockiest hill Jake could find, such a fearless young boy and he popped two tires on a brand new Polaris 500. I will always remember Jake and a kind and respectful young man.

Oh Jake you will be so missed by your family and extended family. Your smile was always contagious. You have left us too soon.

I met Jacob the first day I moved to NV, he followed me on a bike down the street trying to talk to me, being brand spanking new I ignored him. When I started school and met a few people I started asking around who this person was. I finally met him and after that he would come around me more often, since I was the shy new girl and afraid to talk to him.  Jacob will always have a special place in my heart, I will always have love for him, and will truly miss him so much. He was my best friend, my first love and my high school sweetheart. My heart breaks so much, I can only imagine how his family feels, and just thinking about that hurts me even more because they are such wonderful people. 
RIP Jacob! <3 
Lora, Dave, and Sarah you guys are in my thoughts and I’m truly sorry you have to go through this. 

Jacob. Our hearts hurts and loves for you. We can only hope that the size of our pain equals the size of your heart. Rest my friend. Rest. 

Some of my favorite memories ever are of all the kids running around our camping spots in Alaska. Watching them climb trees, playing in the water...obsessively poking at the fire, and Jacob Silva making everyone laugh! I'll be keeping your parents and Sarah in my thoughts and prayers!❤

Jacob had a big heart and will be missed by many, I met Jacob while he was fishing in Alaska, he would spend hours with me out sports fishing or just helping an old man work on his boat, we had some good food together and talked many stories, he will be in my life until the day I pass on. I do not judge the passing of a friend, I respect Jacob because he has earned it. Jacob - you will be missed.


Thank you Lora for sharing Jacob with me, Mike, and our church. He felt good being there and enjoyed the Word Mike preached. I pray God’s strength for you, Dave, and Sarah for the days ahead. God is your strength. I love you. 



It seems just like yesterday all you kids were running around together playing well after dark, you never wanted to come in.  How you looked up to Van and followed him everywhere, two pea pods. You had such a sweet, mischievous smile and a laugh that filled the room.  I'm thankful we got a hug a couple of years back, it was so good to see you again.

Most of my favorite memories of owning the Road Runner has you in them . Of all the kids in Dayton I got the opportunity to work with, Jacob you always made work an adventure! From your no fear crazy ideas and stories of recent antics. I will forever remember your infectious smile and laughter! My heart is broken with the thought of your journey stopping so soon. I wished so much more life for you! Rest in peace Jacob Silva  until I we see you again. 

Jacob and I worked together at the roadrunner Cafe for many years. I remember how funny he was , how daring and outgoing. My favorite memory of Jacob was when he came back from the tanning beds to show off his tan tattoo of a dolphin in a taboo place. I think it was the same day he decided to eat an entire table spoon of horseradish on a dare .    


I remember your smile, and how most of the time you would flash it to hide some mischievous prank you had played. You always had the ability to turn an ordinary day into a hilarious cherished memory. You were fearless, and never turned down a bet, even a ridiculous bet against yourself- like the time you challenged yourself to put wasabi up your nose- which none of us wanted you to do and you did it anyway. My heart aches for years lost and all of the missed adventures. You were loved so much more than you could ever know.

...I remember when stuff was getting tough for me you would take me for a roadtrip to clear my mind..you always tried to make sure I was okay. You always tried to make me happy...and I thank you for that


I remember youd always make me smile with ur corney jokes and how sweet u were to me.😭 and wed sit there and smoke weed and talk about how everyone sucks. 😔 they still suck btw, and it sucks that ur gone. U wrote me a few weeks ago trying to hangout. And I was "busy" and know that I wish I could go back to that day and ser aside whatever stupid thing had me occupied . I think of u often, and now probably even more. R.i.p man. love u 💔

Hey buddy ...  I remember sitting up trying to clear clutter in my head and my house and u were rite there the whole time... sweetest of adventures now till we see eachother again
