I continue to miss John each and every day,  he was so patient with me and all my nonsense over the 70 plus years that we were friends.  So many adventures together to many to mention, but all were special. The kindest most generous friend I had.   Can’t wait to see you again JohnO  rest peacefully my friend,     Tavie

John-Henry, Sarah and Edward  please accept our deepest condolences from all the Mactavish family we met John,Kay and Edward in 1955 when my family purchased a summer home in Marla Bay and kept in touch with your dad  until shortly before his passing.  I recall many many fun times through  the years, John was one of the kindest and most sincere people I have ever known I miss him greatly. All the best to you and yours, Tav Mactavish. 

A fellow worker with water resources back when, a great story teller, wonderful sense of humor and good talks and times at the local Starbucks. Will miss him!
