JoeBob was born on July 24, 1991 in Stockton, CA. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on January 6, 2019 at his home in Carson City, NV
JoeBob graduated from Carson High School in 2009. He was active in NJROTC, culinary, and was a member of Carson High School's undefeated bowling team.
He loved to bowl and was a bowling champion. He bowled on many leagues at Gold Dust West in Carson City. His highest average was 228 and he had numerous 300 games, and enough trophies to fill an entire wall.
JoeBob was a Senior Demolay and Past Master Counselor of Reno Chapter International Order of the Demolay.
JoeBob got his first job at Gold Dust Wes in the Bowling Center as a snack bar attendant. He also worked for the State of Nevada Department of Taxation which was the same place that his mother retired from. They also called him "JJ" Just like his mom. He worked at Walmart for over 7 years and worked in many departments. He was manager of the Celebrations, Crafts and Stationary department. He also loved to craft, especially with Mom.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Ronald E Johnson, his cousin Jonathan Rock Johnson and friend Deb.
He is survived by his parents Jeanette "JJ" and Clifford Gordon; brother and sister in-law David and Savannah Wagers; nieces and nephews Delanie, Riley, Maggie and Stryder; sister Alethea Johnson (Kyel Myers) and nephew Wrex Myers; grandparents Robert "Dado" and Rona Kaneff; aunt and uncle Barbara and Bill Bower; cousins Tristika and Elaina Weaver Maddox; Rebecca and William Bower; uncle and aunt Ronnie and Paula Johnson; cousins Hunter, Hannah, Abi, Rachel, Gabe and David; uncle and aunts Troy and Sandy Kaneff; and cousins Ricky, Joel and Austin, Bobby and Beverly Kaneff and cousins John and Melanie. And all of his best friends which are too many to list.
