Maria Consuelo Lechuga

Maria was a loving woman with a beautiful heart, she had 5 beautiful children and married a wonderful man by the name of Cruz Lechuga. She loved each and everyone of her children and grandchildren and great great grandchildren, she impacted each one of her family members in her own way by making them feel special, always showing hospitality when they go over and visit her, she was also very nurturing. She would love it when all the family would get together or if her family was adding a new member and growing, she would quote (Mira mucho familia). She loved to sew and make kitchen towels and dollies as a token of love, to give to each family member, again making them feel special. She will forever live in our hearts as she will be missed every day….. Until we see meet her again.

God saw you were getting tired,

and a cure was not to be,

so he put His arms around you

And whispered, “COME TO ME"

with tearful eyes we watched you,

and saw you pass away.

Although we loved you dearly.

We could not make you stay.

A golden heart stopped beating

Hard working hands at rest.

God broke our hearts to prove to us

He only takes the best.
