Stephanie Ann Martensen

Stephanie is survived by her husband, Sandy, and sons, Kyle and Casey. They have lived in Dayton for over 30 years. For over two decades they were involved in sports with their sons from motorcross racing, basketball, soccer and T-ball all the way to high school baseball. She is also survived by her parents, Gary and Terri Martin of Carson City. The family moved to Nevada in 1979; Stephanie graduated from Carson High School in 1989.

Stephanie was employed by the state of Nevada Through the years at several different agencies. She also worked for the Lyon County School District as a teacher's aide. She loved working with children, especially dressing up for Halloween.

Being raised in the seventies, she was exposed to music from the 60's and 70's, but the 80's were definitely her favorite era although she liked all music, as long as it was played loud. She lived life the same way. She loved her family, her friends, and cooking.

Arrangements were handled by Fitzhenry's Funeral Home, Carson City. A Celebration of life is scheduled for November 14, 2026, at Dayton Valley Gold Course in the Banquet Room, 101 Palmer Drive, Dayton, NV from 1pm-4pm.
