William Herschel Myers

William H. Myers peacefully entered into rest on January 7th, 2022 in Silver Springs, Nevada. He was born on August 24th, 1939 in Downy, CA to Chester and Pearl Myers.

At the young age of 17, he bravely joined the United States Air Force. He completed his basic training in Texas. After basic training, he was stationed at Ladd Field in Fairbanks, Alaska. During his time in Alaska, he learned how to skydive. William loved skydiving so much, he continued skydiving in his civilian life. In 1962, he married the love of his life, Anna. Just a short three years later, they started their family. Which he loved and cared for dearly. William worked for the Los Angeles County Agricultural Field for over 30 years. He loved his career and retired in 1999. In 2008 William and Anna relocated to Nevada and purchased a home to be closer to family.

William is survived by his loving wife Anna; His three children June J(Myers) King of California, William A. Myers of Oregon, and a second daughter of California; His six Grandchildren Shyann Myers of Oregon, Michael King of California, Jamie Lauren King of California, David Craig of California, Nicole Craig of California, and Sean Craig of California.

He will be deeply missed.
