Gene -- your smile will greatly be missed! We remember the first time we met you at Fayes house and we both commented how sweet both you and Sue were and we wanted to be your friends. May the Lord be with your family as you celebrate his homecoming. Love Jane & Johnny

Gene was one of the finest men I ever knew. He lived his faith in God and blessed so many. I loved him and have many good memories of him. Sue and family I love you too and am praying for all of you. I would like to think my Larry was one of the greeters when he walked into Heaven.

Gene was a gentle, Godly man - truly one of a kind - strong and steadfast in his faith. There aren’t many people like him - with such a generous spirit and kind nature. And it takes a great deal of strength to hold the course of kindness and generosity of spirit. He was very strong in every way. Sue, you both were lucky to have each other. I’m sorry you lost your soulmate. He loved you.
Kim and Jamie, he was such a great dad to you two and a super Poppy to your children and grandchildren. I’m so sorry you lost him. All of you are in our prayers.
