Betty Christine Grogan

Mrs. Grogan was born August 1, 1930 in Bartow County, the daughter of Isaac Monroe and Mary Pauline Morris Craig, was retired from Insurance of Wausau, enjoyed cooking and was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, George W. Grogan and sisters, Ona Belle Tilley and Virginia Chastain.

Surviving is a sister, Shirley Davis and two brothers, Jerry and John Craig, all of Cartersville and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Clinton Green officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Stan Tilley, Jimmy Tilley, Ricky and Dale Davis , Donald Craig and Randall Popham.
