She is preceded in death by her husband, Eural Perkins, son-in-law Larry Vaughan; brothers, Donald Carruth, Charles Carruth, Carroll Carruth.
Jean is survived by her son, Steve (Sherri) Perkins; daughter, Debbie Vaughan; grandchildren, Chris (Heather) Vaughan, Carey (Ginger) Vaughan, Leslie (Michael) Adcock, LeAnn (Brandon) Summey; great-grandchildren, Gray Summey, Henley Kate Adcock, Hudson Summey, Davis Vaughan, Evie Jo Summey; sister, Patsy Wilson.
A Graveside Service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Sunset Memory Gardens with Rev. Kenny Jacobs officiating.
