Ms. Storm was born in Fulton County, Georgia, beloved daughter of the late Frances “Mynee” Belle Dobbs and Charles William Dobbs. Ms. Storm was of the Christian faith. She was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Toni & Richard Arensman.
She is survived by two daughters & son-in-law; Deborah Hardman, Deirdre & Cameron McTigue; one son & daughter-in-law; William Jeffrey & Nancy Kay Ward; two sisters & brother-in-law; Vicki & John Elish, Traci & Greg Conway; thirteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Private Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, March 15th at 2:00 P.M. at Oak Hill Cemetery. A Memorial services will be held at a later date.
