I first met Bill and Gail Payne, and their young family, many years ago at Douglas Street United Methodist Church where we all attended. Bill always greeted me with a big smile, a hug, and "There's my princess!" He always made me feel loved and special. Bill's kindness is beyond measure, a true servant of the Lord. Heaven has gained someone truly precious. What wonderful, cherished memories his family and friends have of a genuine, honorable man. God bless you all with peace and comfort now and in the days to come. Blessings, Andrea Atkins

Mr. Bill was truly one of a kind and the reason I enjoyed having my car serviced at Blue Sky. With many years of seeing his happy face, I will truly miss him. He was a man of integrity and always had some good advice for me as a single mom when I spoke with him. His memory and words of wisdom will always resonate with me. Sending prayers and love to his loved ones.
