

Gail was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Verlon G. Warren; her parents, Robert and Cathryn Frasier, Sr.; sisters, Reba Strickland, Mary Ruth Taylor, and Odel Frasier; brothers, Hiram Frasier and Robert Frasier, Jr.; and grandson, Noah Warren.
She is survived by her children, Wanda (Renee) Keeney, Tim (Sharon) Warren, Amy (Tony) Adcock: grandchildren, Tyler Keeney, Carrie Keeney and Ryan Perry, Trevor (Alana) Adcock, Avery Adcock, Mallory (Josh) Rigley, Nicholas Warren, and Alexander Warren; great-grandchildren, Logan Keeney and Jordon Perry; along with several nieces and nephews.
Gail was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She had a remarkable gift of hospitality and expressed her love through her exceptional cooking. She was known for feeding the kids in in the neighborhood. She had an open door for kids to come and receive a lot of food and love. She was once a co-owner of an ice cream shop and found joy in many creative pursuits. Gail was an expert quilter, enjoyed sewing clothing and making curtains, and had a deep love for flowers and gardening. Nature brought her great peace and happiness. She lived a quiet and personal faith in Jesus Christ and has now returned to “His everlasting arms” — Deuteronomy 33:27.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 11:30 am on Thursday, May 14, 2026, in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Sammy Burgess officiating. The interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens with Nicholas Warren, Trevor Adcock, Avery Adcock, Tyler Kenney, Logan Keeney and Josh Rigley serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
