

Mrs. Wagner was born on April 25, 1940 in Abilene, KS, daughter of the late Richard Moyer and Irene Sherman Moyer.
Mrs. Wagner was a beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. She was a tender hearted wonderful lady who never met a stranger. She was always there to lend a helping hand and made sure no one went hungry. In her younger years, she was a singer in a country band named "Carol and the Country Side Kicks." In her spare time she enjoyed tending to her flower gardens, painting, arts and crafts, playing the piano and writing poetry. She was a true and honest person, who always spoke her mind. Her greatest joy was spending quality time with her family and her beloved pets.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of eight years, Thomas Wagner; sisters, Marjorie Fenton, Teddy (Brum) Brumbalow and Genievive Laws; nephew, Wayne Brumbalow; significant other, Raymond Tutterow.
Survivors include her daughters, Carol (Bill) Faith and Tonya (Kevin) Littlepage-Corcoran; sons, Elmer Adolph, Richard (Kiley) Clagg, Chris Littlepage and William Littlepage; thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be conducted at twelve o'clock in the afternoon on Monday the 12th of February, 2018 at Mozley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs, GA with Rev. Kenny Jacobs officiating.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from ten o'clock in the morning until eleven on Monday the 12th of February, 2018 at Owen Funeral Home.
