Cathy Sue Chitwood

Mrs. Chitwood was born August 2, 1951, in Atlanta, the daughter of the late, Johnny and Sally Dell (Woodard) Ross, was a graduate of Cartersville High School, was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed arts and crafts and especially singing.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Faith Ann Chitwood.

Surviving is her husband, Terry Chitwood of Kingston, son and daughter in law, Adam and Kara Chitwood of Lynden, Washington, her daughter and son in law, Wendy and Tillman Fricks of Kingston, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, half- sisters, Debbie Lake of Dublin and LeNeve Horne of Woodstock and nieces and nephews and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 31, 2014 at 9:30 A.M. in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Cline officiating.

Burial will follow in Kingston Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Ed Moore, Jason Davis, Bill Cline, Dean Fricks, Christopher Pickett, Billy Pickett, Patrick Pickett and Lanny Allen.

Owen Funeral Home, 12 Collins Drive, Cartersville, Georgia is in charge of the arrangements.
