Charles Anthony Cronon

Mr. Charles Anthony Cronon Sr., 61, of Cartersville, GA passed away Sunday April 22, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Charles was born February 14, 1957 in Atlanta, GA to the late Mr. Hollis "Acey" Cronon and Beatrice Lucille "B.B." Jenkins Cronon of Calhoun, GA.

Charlie was a lover of life with a positive outlook on life. He loved his wife, family and friends and his church family. Charles liked visitors, especially his family. Taco and Nellie Belle were always by his side and served as constant companions. Charlie was also a member of Morning Star F &AM Lodge #349 in Fairmount, GA. Charlie's sense of humor and love for life will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Robert "Bobby" Lamar Cronon.

Charlie is survived by his wife of sixteen years, Cheryl Gusrang Cronon, sons, Charles "Anthony" Cronon Jr. and Benjamin Lance Cronon and daughters, Natalie Dawn Parker, Katherine "Katie" Rebecca Cronon and Bobbie Ranea Harbour, stepson, Johnny Allen and sister, Sandra Cronon. Many grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive to cherish Charlie's memory.

Funeral services for Mr. Cronon will be conducted Thursday, April 26, 2018 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the Owen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Baker officiating. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be: Lamar Cronon, Steve Cronon, Lee Cronon, Jonathon Cronon, Steve Baldwin and Johnny Allen.

The family would also like to sincerely thank Janet Cronon for her special care of Charlie.

The family will receive friends at Owen Funeral Home Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from five o'clock until nine in the evening.
