Debbie Ann Holland

Mrs. Holland was born May 26, 1958 in Dallas, GA, daughter of the late Newell England and Mary Atkinson England.

Mrs. Holland was a proud member of the Ladies Auxillary. She loved spending her spare time with her family and grandchildren and tending to her flower gardens. She also enjoyed playing bingo and Betty Boop slot machines. She loved her summer vacations in Panama City Beach, Florida with her husband of 23 years, Terry Holland.

She is preceded in death by her father and her grandparents, Ernest and Ruth Atkinson.

Survivors include her husband, Terry Wayne Holland; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Terrie Mathis of Euharlee; daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Brian Briggs of Cartersville; sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and Dale Holley of Cartersville; sisters, Sue Atkinson and Jenny England of Cartersville; brother, Eddie England of Cartersville; grandchildren, Dakota and Kayla Briggs of Cartersville and Hailey and Hannah Mathis of Euharlee.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, May 31, 2013 from the Chapel of Owen Funeral Home with the Rev. Shane Banks officiating.

Serving as pallbearers are Leon Wooten, Paul Cox, Nick Rogers, Jerry Cox, Randy Black and Greg Baxter.

The family will receive friends 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Thursday, May 30, 2013 from Owen Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM, Monday, June 3, 2013 from the Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA.
