Born November 9, 1923 in Helena, Montana, he was a WW II Navy veteran and spent most of his working career with Georgia Power.
He is preceded in death by sons, David Warn, James Lawrence and Patrick Lawrence; his parents, Clarence Warn and Leona S. Warn.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Warn of Cartersville. Also survived by step children, Arnold Lawrence and wife Marcia; Robert Lawrence and wife Jean; Patricia Goynes and husband Jerry; Carry Fortenberry and wife Karen, Chris Tanner; Jerry-Ann; Susan Allred; and daughter-in-law Sarah Lawrence; wife of James; in addition to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
At his request, there will be no Memorial services.
Owen Funeral Home, 12 Collins Drive, Cartersville, is in charge of the arrangements and interment will be at Sunset Memory Gardens, Cartersville.
