Eleanor Rogers, age 78, of Kennesaw, Georgia passed away on Tuesday September 25, 2018. Eleanor was born July 16, 1940 to Cleo Wood Hughes and Pat Hughes.

Mrs. Rogers was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Eleanor is survived by; daughter Rhonda Lynn Rogers; and daughter Sonya(Joe) Rogers Stika; granddaughter Jessica M. Stika, grandson Thomas J. Stika, niece Pam(Steve) Cochran, nephew Ken(Deborah) Hughes and niece Mary(Brian) Stewart.

Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband Jessie T. Rogers; father Pat Hughes and mother Cleo Wood Hughes and brothers; William, Johnny, Roger and Curtis.

A visitation for Eleanor will be held Friday, September 28, 2018 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Owen Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be conducted Friday, September 28, 2018 at 2:30 PM at Owen Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow the service on Monday, October 1, 2018 at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, Georgia at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial donations be made to the charity of your choice.
