Eva was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, wife, and friend. She enjoyed reading many books throughout her life, including westerns, romance and thrillers. Eva had a very giving and loving heart, and was always wanting to help anyone in a time of need. She was also very family oriented and enjoyed cooking for her family. She was also very strong in faith and held her relationship close with the Lord. Eva will be missed by all who knew her.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Goolsby. She is survived by her sons, Jerry (Gail) Ashworth, Bobby Ashworth and Shawn (Alma) Ashworth; daughter, Patty (David) Tanner; many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren to cherish her memory.
