Floyd Steve Tumlin, born on February 19, 1952, passed away on December 17, 2025, at the age of 73.
A visitation will be held at Racoon Creek Baptist Church on December 28, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. A memorial service will follow at the same location, beginning at 3:00 pm.
