I was saddneded to just find out about Hazel's passing. I thought about her often. I work at the hospital where she volunteered and remember her fondly. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was always a joy to be around.

Dear Sue & Family,
Ms. Hazel ("The Best in the West") was  great company and a friend to my late grandmother, Frances Appling, at the Fite Center. I enjoyed dining and visiting with them so very much. Thanks for sharing your Mom with us all.

Mother was feisty and had a huge heart.  She loved her children and pushed us to be the best that we could be.  I will miss her!

You never had to wonder what was on Grandma Hazel's mind...she was always sure to tell you!  She made me laugh many times and I have great memories of her.  She loved her great grand kids and wasn't afraid to play and be silly with them. Of course, she also liked to pester them when she got the chance :-).
