Jagger was born on October 9, 2014 in Roswell, GA, son of Doug Settles and Bobbie Jessica Prather.
He is survived by his parents; brothers, Jayden McCain, Jasper and Jessiah Settles; aunts and uncles, Holly (Efrain) Miranda, Jordan (Greg) Vickery, Wende Cook, Joshua Prather and Joseph Prather; cousins, Destiny, Jade and Abigail Miranda, Nathan and Lexie Vickery, Audie Prather and Baylee Fields.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, the 9th of June, 2017 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Josh James officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Bascomb Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery in Woodstock, GA.
