Buck was born on November 2, 1957 in Cartersville, GA, son of Billy and Johnnie Neal.
Buck was known for his outgoing personality, never meeting a stranger. He loved and cherished his family and one of his favorite past times was watching old western movies with his mom. He was loved by his family and everyone he met. He is already missed, but will never be forgotten.
Buck is preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother; daughter, Stephani Neal; son, Justin Neal; sister, Tricia Neal, nieces, Dana (Stephen) Beal and Erica (Patrick) Farrell; great-nephews, Brody, Braxton and Brantley Beal.
Graveside services will be conducted at ten-thirty in the morning on Tuesday, the 16th of July, 2019 at Sunset Memory Gardens with Rev. Doug Simons officiating.
