James William Wilson

Mr. Wilson was born on May 19, 1929 in Jasper, GA, son of the late, William Wilson and Lulu Richards Wilson.

Mr. Wilson was a quiet and private man that loved to spend time outdoors tending to his vegetable gardens. He was an Atlanta Braves fan and enjoyed listening to music. He is already missed, but will never be forgotten.

He is survived by his niece, Connie (Roy) Wilson of Cartersville, GA; sister, Kelly Cowart of Winder, GA; many other nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at twelve o’clock in the afternoon on Friday, the 15th of July, 2016 at Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Cline officiating. Interment will immediately follow with an escorted cortege in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Howard Howell , Troy Howell, Jack Soulis, Jack Cooper and Jacob Cline
