Janice Maria Clanton

On 30th of December 2019 Janice Mariea Clanton, age 61, of Cartersville, GA gained her forever wings around 7pm, with her beloved family by her side. She was born to the late Lonnie & Mary Ford of Jasper, Al. She joined her daughter Jamee Clanton, sister Jeanie Knight Bower, and newphew Coley Knight. Her late grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Lester Hutchinson and Mr. & Mrs. Macon Ford.

Janice was survied by her husband of 43 years, Robert E Clanton,(62). She was also survied by her three daughters: Jennifer Clanton(38), Jodi Green (35), Ali Clanton,(17), her neice and newphew, who she was like a mother too: Maggie Cooper,(41), and Jared Knight, (38). She has several grandchilden which she cared and loved very dearly: Leann Banks (19), Abbie Aycock (15), Izzy Henderson (13), Andrew Banks (13), Alyssa Green (10), Rachel Wichmann (4), and Sarah Wichmann (2). She was also survied by her younger sister, Gail Lane (51), which she also loved and cared for very dearly.

Janice was a very belevolent wife, mother & Mi to her family, and she will be forever remembered and treasured by all those who lives she touched. Fly high my guardian angel.

As per Janice's wishes, a Memorial Service will be conducted for immediate family only on January 11,2020.

The family requests no flowers.
