Mr. Stacey was born May 3, 1952 in Hampton Virginia, son of the late Burt and Montine Stacey. He was retired from Ball Metal Container and was a veteran having served in the U.S. Marines.
Survivors include his Partner and her children, Sandy Jackson, Matt & Luke Jackson; sister-in-laws, Noreen Riley & Jill Fletcher both of Huntsville, AL, Melinda Varboncoeur, Bob Varboncoeur, Amy Varboncoeur and Jake Varboncoeur all of Chattanooga, TN; close family friends, Dora Tucker 7 Shelia Myrick both of Albertville, AL.

Services will be private and will be held at a later date.
