Jerry Walter Amos

Mr. Amos was born June 10, 1942 in Bartow County, Georgia. He was retired from Bartow County. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Porter Amos and by a son, Ricky Amos.

Survivors include his children, Lisa Meadows (Ernest), Glenn Amos, Kelly Amos, Travis Amos (Shannon); grandchildren, Ricky Amos, Jr., Allen Amos, Cody Amos, Alex Amos, Lori Amos, Heather Meadows, Amber Meadows; great-grandchildren, Justin Amos, Savannah Amos; daughter-in-law, Cindy Amos; brothers, Charles Amos, Marshall Amos; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday morning February 4th at 11:00 A.M. in the Owen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenny Jacobs officiating. Interment will follow in Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home.
