Jerry Miller

Mrs. Jerry Miller, 71, of Cartersville, Georgia, passed away at Starcrest of Cartersville on Thursday, March 3, 2011 after a fourteen year battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Mrs. Miller was born on July 1, 1939 in Memphis, Tennessee. She married Bobby D. Miller of Pocahontas, Arkansas on September 6, 1956 in Arlington, Texas. They raised their family in the Killeen/Harker Heights area of Texas where Jerry served the community as an administrator of the Killeen Nursing Home.

Her surviving family includes; husband of fifty five years, Bobby D. Miller, her son and daughter in law Robin and Trish Miller, her daughter and son in law, Trace and Larry Ramey, and her four grandchildren, Mr. Kyle Ramey (wife Heather Ramey), Mrs. Ashley Croxton (husband Matt Croxton), Ms. Hannah Ramey, and Ms. Leandra Miller. The family all reside in the Atlanta area.

Services officiated by Pastor George Pangman will be held at the Georgia National Cemetery on Monday, March 7, 2011 at 2pm in Canton, Georgia. Owen Funeral Home, Inc. of Cartersville, Georgia, has managed the service arrangements.
