Kathleen is preceded in death by her father Jerry Miller. She is survived by her husband, Charles Scroggins, Mother, Wynelle Miller; sister Juanita Miller; brother, Lamar Miller; niece, Ashley Critchley; nephews, Jerry Miller, Joshua Miller; great nieces, Nykriston Shelton, Trista Critchley, Paisley Critchley, Piper Miller, Sadie Miller, Leah Brumbelow, Bristol Miller; great nephews, Payton Miller, Anthony Morris, Trenton Shelton, Tayton Critchley and Zane Critchley.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 17, 2022 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Josh James officiating. The interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Euharlee, GA with Jerry Miller, Joshua Miller, Payton Miller, Anthony Morris, William Miller and Keith Dye serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 17, 2022 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
