
Kevin Turner Kellam, 41, of Atlanta, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2016. Kevin was born on September 9, 1974, the son of Lenatta Kellam and the late Jeff Kellam of White, Georgia. A licensed Master Electrician, he had owned Kellam Electric Company and was currently employed by Van Kirk Electrical of Atlanta, GA.
He was a 1993 graduate of Cass High School, Star Student for Bartow County in 1993, a gifted athlete who was awarded a scholarship to University of the South in Sewanee, TN. Kevin is survived by his mother, Lenatta Kellam, brother, Jeffrey (Mikey) Kellam and the love of his life - his daughter, Janie Rose Kellam, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Kevin had a larger than life personality – he loved his family, a good joke and could light up a room with his amazing smile. He loved outings with his daughter, Rosie, good music, the great outdoors and knew to have a lot of friends you have to be a good friend. He will be dearly missed by his family and a host of good friends. He lived his life to the fullest; never hesitating to help others.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Jeff Kellam, his maternal grandmother, Donna Queen, and paternal grandparents, B. J. and Patsy Kellam. A private family service celebrating his life is scheduled for a later date.
