Kurtis is preceded in death by his parents, Wilburn Duane Frazier and Ruth Norman Frazier; brothers, Thomas Wayne Frazier and Shannon Earl Frazier. He is survived by his daughters, Brittani (Ashlee) Frazier, Cherokee, OK, Megan (Luke) Davis, Woodward, OK; son, Andrew (Amanda) Frazier, Fargo, OK; 9 grandchildren; 7 grand fur babies; brother, James Cecil Frazier and several cousins.
Kurtis enjoyed being an electrician, fishing and spending time with his family.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at a later date.
