Mary is preceded in death by her parents, John Lowe and Pauline Lowe; sisters, Lillian Jenkins, Shirley Sanford, brothers, Henry Lowe, Jimbo Lowe; daughters, Carol Fox, Diane Blackmon; and son, James Fox. She is survived by her daughters, Sue (Daniel) Garrett, Connie (Rickey) Flowers; sons, Billy (Rosebud) Fox, Larry Fox; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 11, 2026 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Jacobs officiating. The interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery with Daniel Garrett, Charles Garrett, Grayson Childers, Brandon Shinall and Hunter Shinall serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
