Mildred Marie Palmer

Mrs. Palmer was born on February 1, 1928 in Cartersville, GA, daughter of the late N.E. Mulkey and Katie Trollinger Mulkey.

Mrs. Palmer retired after many years of faithful service from General Motors where she served as an inspector.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of thirty-five years, Irby Palmer; brother, Willis Mulkey; sisters, Maggie Barnette and Jean Price.

Survivors include her son, Dan (Janet) Palmer of Seymour, TN; daughters, Donna (Terry) Denbok of Ontario, Canada and Kathy Palmer of Ft. Myers, FL; grandchildren, Jason Palmer, Terry and Justin Denbok and Joshua Palmer; great grandchildren, Miranda Palmer, Talya, Mason, Jakob and Kaitlyn Denbok; sister, Gladys Teems of Cartersville, GA.

Graveside services will be held at two-thirty in the afternoon on Thursday, March 10, 2016 in Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. Terry Denbok officiating.

The family kindly invites anyone who would like to join them for food and fellowship, immediately following the committal at The Church at Liberty Square, Cartersville, GA.
