Patricia was sad to hear of her departure such  a joy and friend to all of us at Headquarters in Salt Lake City on our Family HIstory Mission,  She so full of life and energy made you feel she would always be with us.  So I know to some degree how deeply you must all miss this Mon and Grandma who was loved by all who had the opportunity to meet her.. Dear family, Sister Prentice was (and still is) a wonderful friend.  I was one of the 14 single sisters who entered the Family History Mission with her in October 2011.  She was a fun, energetic, and enthusiastic missionary and I enjoyed my association with her.  She told me of Jim, her wonderful husband, and I can imagine their happy reunion.  With my tears and sincere love I am hoping you feel the thoughts and prayers coming your way.

Oh, how we love Sis. Prentice.  She was in our missionary group in Salt Lake. We would see her almost daily and did many things together. My husband and I were also her Home and Visiting Teachers. I know she loved her children dearly and she has told us many stories about each of you.  I also know she is now with her dear Jim. May the Lord give you comfort in knowing that Families Can Be Together Forever.

Dear family, although we only knew Sister Prentice for a year (we served in FHL in Salt Lake City with her), her influence in our lives will be eternal.  We know what she did for us in our personal family research was repeated hundreds of times during her dedicated service in the FHL. Our hearts are filled with love for her and you wonderful family members. We pray you have the peaceful assurance she is where she is now needed.

I am grieved to hear of Pat's passing, but comforted to know she is with her beloved Jim.  Pat and Jim were dear friends of my parents, Doug and Olive Waldorf, and dear friends to me as well.  Sincere condolences to the Prentice family from the Waldorfs.
