Ralph E. Williams

Mr. Williams was born on April 28, 1938 in Cartersville, GA, son of the late Elbert Eugene Williams and Edna Baker Williams.

Mr. Williams proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a true and faithful servant of the Lord and a longtime active member of Bethel Crossroads Baptist Church. He and his loving wife of fifty-seven years, Marga Williams, loved to camp and travel all around the world, spending time in such places as Germany and Alaska, just to name a few.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Gene Williams; sister, Ruth Ann Slusher; brother-in-law, Johnny Satcher.

Survivors include his wife, Marga Williams; brothers, Raymond Williams (Linda) and Henry Williams (Michele); sisters, Diane Tackett (Larry) and Elizabeth Satcher; brother-in-law, Dewayne Slusher; several nieces and nephews and special friends.

Graveside services will be held at one o’clock in the afternoon on Monday, December 7, 2015 at the Georgia National Cemetery with military honors with Rev. Charles Garrett officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family kind requests memorial contributions made to the Hope Center at Mount Berry Hospice.
