Rhonwyn, or 'Ronne,' as she was affectionately known, was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was incredibly outgoing with a bubbly personality, an infectious smile, and beautiful blue eyes. In addition to being a licensed cosmetologist, Ronne worked as a realtor, and helped her husband with his family business. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Emerson.
Ronne was preceded in death by her parents, Lamar and Carla Jo Stubbs, as well as her brother, John Daniel Stubbs.
Ronne is survived by her loving husband of nearly 40 years, Mike Bonds. She is also survived by her father, Grady (Vivian) Cumbie; her children; Alex (Kerron) Bonds and Justin (Dixie) Bonds; her grandchildren, Seth, Sara, Gannon, Grayson, and Garrett Bonds; her brothers; Grady 'Topper' Cumbie, Jr., and Mark (Jeanie) Cumbie; her sisters, Nancy (Darren) Taylor and Shari (Tim) Helms. Many cousins, nieces, and nephews also survive to cherish Ronne's memory.
A Celebration of Life Service for Ronne will be held on Tuesday, February 19 at 2:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church of Emerson, located off of Highway 41 in Emerson, GA, with the Reverend Chris Weldon officiating.
The family will receive friends at Owen Funeral Home on Monday, February 18, from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Advocates for Bartow's Children, 49 Monroe Crossing SE, Cartersville, GA 30120.
