My deepest condolences for the family. Steve was a great man. He taught me and many others so much about life in general. He was always positive about everything and everyone. Rest easy my dear friend. Your now walking to the moon and beyond. You'll never be forgotten. Much love.

I am so sorry to hear of Steve's passing.  I knew Frank and Jimmy, but remember Steve as a kid running around.  May he Rest In Eternal Peace.

 I extend my sympathy and condolences to the family on the loss of Steve. I am so sorry about  his sudden loss and know that  the family has had a terrible past year with the passing of Buff as well.  I am praying for the family. 
 Kelly and Ashley, you are in my prayers and may you keep close to God for comfort and direction.  Though Steve,  is no longer among us he will always be watching over you from somewhere.  He will always be there with you, alive in your heart , in your memories and your blessings.   


  

I haven’t seen Steve in many years.  But I knew him and his family as a child and then later in our 20’s when we both worked at the lake.  He was a great guy who was always fun to be around. Had that infectious laugh.  He always danced to his on drumbeat. 

I spent this last year with Steve. Some days were hard,some were not. Even though we were divorced didn't mean we did not care about one another. During this last year of taking care of him gave us a lot of time together to talk about a lot of things and make amends with one another. We talked about a lot of things, mostly on our 2 children. Though most times he didn't show it, he was very proud of them. Steve had a zest for life. Even in his depilating state he still wanted to fly high, to the point of wanting to buy a gyrocopter. Even wanting to find a place that would let him sky dive with a tandem jumper. He would get so tickled at me when he would say that because I would rush back in the room and ask if he wás crazy. Only to answer with a huge smile and say, no you're going to jump with me. I was with him every day including the last few days that was spent in the hospital. They tried very hard to revive him...he was just too weak and God  decided it was time for him to come home. My life will never be the same. He has been part of my life since I was 17...I will be 59 this year. He was in a lot of pain for a long time. After he passed, there was a look of calmness and pain free. I've always loved him, I always will. And one day we will meet again. I love you Steve, for ever and always, your wife, Debbie
