He attended Cherokee High School and was on the wrestling and football team.
Rob attended Middle Georgia College and West Georgia College and graduated with a degree in Business Informational Sciences and was a Certified Business Accountant.
His career spanned to support companies in the North Georgia area such as BellSouth, Stoffel Seals, West Corporation, with accounting and computer projects.
His love for the outdoors included hiking and camping and was an avid chess and board game player.
In his latter years he was cared for by his brother Thomas who took special care of him with his various medical needs until his passing.
He is survived by his two brothers, Thomas and Andrew and his children, Rachel and Eric.
A private memorial will be held in his remembrance and a celebration of life.
