Ronald Joe Dudley
September 8, 1940 – April 4, 2019
Mr. Ronald Joe Dudley Sr., 78, of Cartersville GA passed away Thursday, April 4, 2019. Ron was born September 8, 1940 in Anderson, SC to the late Mr. Joel Jackson Dudley and Mrs. Gertrude Nichols Dudley.
Ron was a very charismatic person, who enjoyed meeting new people and ultimately never knew a stranger. As a teenager he knew he wanted to be a machinist. Through hard work and sacrifice he was able to build a very successful small business, Tech-Craft, Inc. A business that is nearly 40 years old. Aside from being a businessman, he also played guitar in the bands “Ron and the Night Times” and “Avalanche.” More importantly he was a true patriarch. His family looked at him for wisdom and leadership. He expressed kindness and selflessness to everyone. He was man of his word, a devout Christian, and a true Patriot. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him, but especially to those who loved him.

Ron Dudley was RJ to me. RJ was a very special person in my life. RJ and Linda took me in as one of their own children. I have so many Great Memories, 45 years. He will be missed by so many. May you rest in peace and know that I will see you again. I loved you like a second dad. Love you forever and thank you for everything.
