Sherry Black

Sherry was born February 18, 1969 in Forsyth County, Georgia. She was employed by the Cobb County School System as a school teacher. She was preceded in death by a nephew, Garrett Steven Black.

Survivors include her husband, Jeff Black; sons, Trent Black and Davis Black all of Cartersville; sisters & brothers-in-law, Toni & John Caya of Oregon and niece, Lauren Caya, Samantha & Alan Yancey of Oregon; brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Eric & Kimberly Black of Cartersville and nephew, Steven Black of Cleveland, Ga.; mother, Susan Snair and husband Eddie of Jonesboro, Ga.; father, Jerry Lively and wife Lynn of Cumming, Ga.; father & mother-in-law, Steve & Betty Black of Cartersville, Ga..

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, September 19th at 2:00 P.M. in the Owen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kevin Lobello officiating.
