Susan Ponder Bell

Mrs. Bell was born February 11, 1957 in Fulton County, the daughter of Juanita Delores Ponder and the late Horace Len Ponder, was formerly employed at Cherokee County 911 and was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her father and an infant son, Jay Berry.

Surviving is her husband, Robert Bell of Cartersville, a daughter and son in law, Samantha and Joseph Sparks of Marietta, a grandson, Alexander Sparks, her mother, Juanita Ponder of Marietta, sister, Deborah Ponder of Marietta, two nephews and a niece, Clint, Colby and Kaitlin Rutter.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Jacobs officiating.

Burial will follow in Lebanon Cemetery in Cherokee County.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
