TJ was born on May 29, 1986 in Pittsburgh, PA, son of Helen Blake.
TJ was a dedicated son and father. He was an employee with Aquifil USA where he worked as an extruder. He was an avid sports fanatic and loved to watch the Atlanta Falcons.
He is survived by his mother, Helen Blake; fiance, Alicia Liley; sons, Trenton Smigel and Thomas Smigel; daughter, Katelyn Newberry; sister, Samantha Bryant; other special family members, Bob Boyle and Doug Liley; several dear and loving friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at three o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, the 4th of March at Dellinger Park, Cartersville, GA.
